• Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things food and drink related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer
• A willingness to learn about different food styles and service, learn the menus and understand how to explain each dish to a customers
• A strong communicator who enjoys engaging with customers in a lively, fast‑paced environment

• Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
• A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
