We’re looking for a Receptionist who:

• Maintains a positive and calm outlook, 
• Has a friendly approach, 
• Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, 
• Carry out instructions, 
• Be able to pay close attention to detail, 
• A desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Receptionist duties and responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

• taking reservations,
• dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
• check-ins and check-outs,
• taking payments,
• answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
