Whilst our kitchen team provide full food service to our residents, preparing and serving 3 meals per day,  as part of our team you will embrace our ‘Ownership with Personality’ values- supporting both FOH and BOH.

Our Peterborough hotel is the ideal setting for a short break of business trip, with 70 rooms, the overlooks a serene lake which is home to Peterborough’s international Rowing Course.

To be a successful part of our food & beverage, lunch and dinner service teams you will need;

* A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team.

* Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things food and drink related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer

* A willingness to learn about different food styles and service, learn the menus and understand how to explain each dish to a customers

* Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment
