Line Chef

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Line Chef to join our kitchen team at The Dragonfly Hotel, Peterborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food. You'll play a key role in preparing and cooking dishes from our rotating menu, ensuring every guest receives an excellent dining experience. Previous experience in a hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen would be advantageous.

• Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, storage and stock rotation
• Ensuring all food is correctly labelled and stored
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Following food safety, health and hygiene regulations at all times
• Minimising waste and supporting effective stock management
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent service
