We’re looking for a passionate Chef to join the strong team at Outlaw Street Food within the Drapers Arms Canterbury. We are smoking American style BBQ on site with an Asian twist. We are the kings of sharing plates & provide the ultimate bottomless brunch in the city. Everything we serve is to a high standard, within a high volume site Ideally, the perfect Chef will have experience working within a high volume, fast paced dining destination and will show a passion for perfection. 

 There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a unique and exciting street food brand. 

Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Supporting the chefs in the kitchen with their daily tasks. 
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting. 
• Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries. 
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices. Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
