Job Posting: New Stand Opening (NSO) Rockstar
Location: Hybrid / Travel between CT+MA
Starting Hourly Amount: $23 per hour

Position Summary: The New Stand Opening (NSO) Rockstar plays a high-energy, hands-on role in launching new stands for 7 Brew across Connecticut and Massachusetts. This position provides operational leadership and on-the-ground support before, during, and after grand openings to ensure each new stand delivers the brand’s signature, people-first experience from day one. Acting as both a culture champion and operational expert, the NSO Rockstar supports stand setup, equipment and technology installation, inventory flow, drink drop processes, and overall stand organization in alignment with operational standards.
Responsibilities:
● Supporting stand set up, providing an extra hand in stand with equipment preparation
● Support drink drop process, including cambro preparation and drink deliveries
● Assist new hires during live operations
● Support a previous stand opening, post grand opening
● Support inventory + product deliveries following operational flow standards
● Support equipment delivery and set up following operational flow standards
● Support technology delivery and set up following operational flow standards
● Support stand organization and shelving layouts following operational flow standards
● Promotes brand within the community, exhibiting high levels of professionalism
● Remains up to date with upcoming events, such as family&friends, opening day, community hours, and swag day.
● Reports to New Stand Opening (NSO) Manager Requirements:
● Has extensive knowledge of 7Brew values and culture
● Upholds “cultivator of kindness” behaviors each and every day.
● Currently a certified trainer at 7Brew
● Must exemplify highest level of 7Brew brand standards
● Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting work interactions with team members
● Has reliable private transportation and willing to commute up to 90 minutes one way
● Effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
● Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
● Beginner-level proficiency in Google Suite
● Works a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5 a.m.) and late nights (11:30 p.m.).
● Outside of openings, Rockstar will report back and work in their home stand.
Skills & Qualifications
● Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
● Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
● Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
● Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
● Be able to stand comfortably for hours at a time
● Be able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder
● Be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
● Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line
● Safely use a utility knife
● Operate any position in the stand during peak hours
● Maintain awareness of the shift's operations while working a position
● Be able to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues with team members
● Adapt to problems and implement solutions during stressful situations
● Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
