Your Role
Our beverage offering is
beautifully and originally created, and frequently updated according to season
and trends. We are now looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to assist the
Bar Manager in supervising and leading all beverage operations.

Your Requirements:
As an Assistant Bar Manager we would love you to have:
- At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a
supervisory capacity
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
- Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health
codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
