Frontier are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join the team at the Duke of York, St Johns Wood 

The heart of our menu is a mix of pub classics and restaurant style dishes with seasonally sourced produce.   Giving our kitchen team, a real opportunity to show off their talent.

The successful candidate should show great communication skills, have bags of enthusiasm with the skills necessary to prepare and produce fresh food to the highest standards.  You are also required to assist the head chef in maintaining excellent standards in food quality and safety, place the daily orders and run the service on quieter shifts to begin with, moving on to key shifts when fully trained.  

We provide all our chef de partie’s with a real opportunity to develop, through great training and support from our talented head chefs.  This is an excellent position for someone who has the desire and determination to progress within the industry.
