Junior Bar Manager – £30,500 + approx. £4,000 tronc | 48 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Duty Manager to join our management team. You’ll be working 48 hours a week, earning a base salary of £30,500, plus around £4,000 per year in tronc.

You’ll support the senior managers, lead the team on shift, and help deliver the top-tier hospitality we’re known for. A strong background in both bar and restaurant operations is essential, along with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
