We are looking for a creative Daytime Cook to take the lead in our Farm Shop Kitchen. With a team of 2 chefs, Dummer Down Farm Shop specialises in delicious cooked breakfasts, healthy lunches and deli offerings served to our customers between 8am – 4pm.
Shifts & Hours: 7.5 hours per week (SATURDAY)
Honesty Group is an independent business operating pubs, restaurants, coffeeshops, and farm shops as well as serving our online and wholesale customers. Opened in 2014, Honesty Group now runs 15 sites across Berkshire and Hampshire, with our strong community-led values, and people-first approach separating us from our competitors. We are committed to holding ourselves to the highest standards with regards to the environment and sustainability, with all our food made by hand by our incredible team of chefs and bakers utilising fresh, seasonal, local ingredients (where possible) and served to our customers by dedicated, healthy and happy staff. As well as the standard, monthly-changing menus, additional events and special menus for mothers day, Easter, Valentines day etc, mean no two days are the same.
Dummer Down Café & Grocery is set in the outbuildings of Dummer Down Farm on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The site includes a large café with a kitchen and retail space that stocks locally farmed meat, and deli items such as charcuterie and cheese, breads and patisserie.
There is great outside seating, and the opportunity to use the space for private functions.
