Description
Honesty Group is an independent business operating pubs, restaurants, coffeeshops, and farm shops as well as serving our online and wholesale customers. Dummer Down Café & Grocery is set in the outbuildings of Dummer Down Farm on the outskirts of Basingstoke. The site includes a large café with a kitchen and retail space that stocks locally farmed meat, and deli items such as charcuterie and cheese, breads and patisserie.
There is great outside seating, and the opportunity to use the space for private functions.

Hours and Shifts:
Thursday and Friday - 10h00 to 14h00
8 Hours per week
JOB PURPOSE: To clean and wash the kitchen equipment to enable an efficient service of food and to keep clean and hygienic all areas of the kitchen and associated areas.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) To wash utensils, crockery, pans and cutlery and any other item related to food preparation and consumption.
2) To keep a clean and tidy kitchen area at all times.
3) To keep clean and hygienic associated kitchen areas.
4) To protect kitchen equipmentand to report any faults to the Lead Chef.
5) To use all kitchen equipment that you have authority to use in a careful manner.
6) To be familiar with all Honesty Health & Safety procedures and regulations and to
carry out duties in accordance with these procedures and regulations.
