We are looking for positive and engaging individuals to join our team as Store Managers!
A Retail Store Manager (RSM) is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver great and friendly customer experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ QFM Group standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Our managers are great leaders and they ensure that we offer the greatest Dunkin' experience to our guests! They are also responsible fo the recruitment, training and coaching of all of the in store employees. We love to celebrate great performance and Recognition will be a big part of your role in store.
We are looking for candidates who want to be a key player in driving profitability and know how to manage and impact KPIs such as Cost of Labour, Cost of Sales and overall profitability.
Experience of managing a budget including labour and key controllable costs, coaching a team and working within the QSR sector are desirable.
