Store Manager Role
Accountable for overall store performance
Lead the store team in all aspects of delivering the best possible experience for our guests
Take overall responsibility for delivering brand / company standards
Ensure all food safety, health & safety & company documentation are compliant
Overall responsibility for managing stock & order systems
Recruit, train, coach & develop team to ensure they deliver brand standards and a great guest experience
Analysis of financial/performance data to ensure the store is ran in the most efficient & profitable manner
First line of contact for any HR or performance related issues
Drive profitability through managing cost of sales, labour & additional store overheads
Managing a budget – Key controllable costs
