Store Manager Role  

  • Accountable for overall store performance 

  • Lead the store team in all aspects of delivering the best possible experience for our guests 

  • Take overall responsibility for delivering brand / company standards  

  • Ensure all food safety, health & safety & company documentation are compliant 

  • Overall responsibility for managing stock & order systems 

  • Recruit, train, coach & develop team to ensure they deliver brand standards and a great guest experience  

  • Analysis of financial/performance data to ensure the store is ran in the most efficient & profitable manner 

  • First line of contact for any HR or performance related issues 

  • Drive profitability through managing cost of sales, labour & additional store overheads 

  • Managing a budget – Key controllable costs
