Join our Housekeeping Team
Linen & Laundry Co-ordinator · Checkers · Linen Porters · Housekeepers
£13.00–£13.50 per hour, depending on role · 16–40 hours per week · Guaranteed contracted hours
Part-time and full-time positions available · Seven-day rota, including weekends

A spotless lodge, every single changeover. That’s the job, and it’s a good one.
We’re building out our housekeeping team, and we’re recruiting across four roles. Changeover days are the busiest hours of our week — guests leave, lodges are turned around, and new guests arrive to somewhere that looks untouched. It takes a proper team to do that well, and we’d rather train the right person than settle for the wrong one.
Whether you want full-time hours or a few days that fit around everything else, tell us, and we’ll build the rota around it where we can.
The roles
Linen & Laundry Co-ordinator
£13.50 per hour · [Full-time / 5 days per week]
You’ll run the linen operation across the resort — the stock, the flow and the paperwork.
• Managing linen stock levels and par levels across all lodges
• Booking, checking and signing off deliveries and collections with our laundry supplier
• Counting stock, tracking losses and damages, and keeping accurate records
• Ordering replacements and managing the linen store
• Working with the Head Housekeeper to plan for busy changeovers and peak weeks
• Reporting on usage, costs and quality
• Keeping records, orders and reports on computer — spreadsheets, email and our booking system
Suits someone organised, numerate and computer literate, who likes a system that runs properly. You’ll need to beconfident with spreadsheets, email and stock records — full training on our systems is given. Experience in hotel or holiday-park linen, laundry or stock control is ideal; strong organisational skills and a head for detail matter more.
Checkers
£13.35 per hour · [Part-time]
You’re the last person in the lodge before the guest is the first.
• Checking each lodge after housekeeping against our standards checklist
• Spotting what’s been missed and putting it right, or getting it put right
• Checking inventory and equipment, and that everything works as it should
• Reporting maintenance issues so they’re fixed before arrival, not after
• Signing lodges off as ready and feeding back to the housekeeping team
• Supporting the Head Housekeeper on busy check-in days
Suits someone with high standards and the confidence to say when something isn’t right. You’ll need a good eye and a fair, straightforward way with colleagues.
Linen Porters
£13.00 per hour · [Part-time]
The team that keeps everything moving on changeover day.
• Delivering clean linen and towels to lodges ahead of housekeeping
• Collecting and bagging used linen and returning it to the linen store
• Loading and unloading laundry deliveries
• Keeping linen stores and trolleys tidy, stocked and organised
• Moving supplies and equipment around the resort
• Supporting housekeeping wherever the pressure is
Suits someone fit, practical and happy on the move. This is an active role with plenty of lifting and walking. [A full driving licence is helpful for the resort buggy.]
Housekeepers
£13.00 per hour · [Part-time / full-time]
The heart of the operation.
• Cleaning and preparing lodges to our standards on changeover days
• Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas — a full turnaround
• Bed-making and presentation to a consistent standard
• Restocking consumables and welcome items
• Reporting damage, breakages and maintenance issues
• Deep cleans and scheduled maintenance cleaning between busy periods
Suits someone thorough and reliable who takes pride in a room finished properly. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential — we’ll train you fully.
What we’re looking for, whichever role
• Reliable above all — changeover days only work if everyone turns up
• Able to work some weekends — Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays are our busiest
• Thorough and detail-focused; you notice the things others walk past
• A team player who’ll pick up what needs doing without being asked
• Trustworthy and discreet — you’ll be working in guests’ accommodation
• Comfortable with cleaning products and equipment (full training given)
• Own transport is helpful given the location and shift times
• Previous housekeeping, hotel or holiday-park experience is a real plus, but not essential
