Role: Sous Chef

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and to be discussed at interview)

Hours: 40 hours (Full Time), including weekends and bank holidays. 

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen brigade at Dylan Coastal Resort — where coastal views meet locally inspired dining.

? Experience: Minimum 2 years in a busy kitchen as a Chef or Sous Chef
