Job Title: Assistant Gardener
Hourly Rate: £12.50

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Gardener to support the maintenance and care of our landscaped grounds and green spaces. You'll work alongside our Head Gardener to ensure the gardens are kept to a high standard all year round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, weeding, pruning, and watering

• General upkeep of flower beds, lawns, and pathways

• Use basic gardening tools and equipment (training provided)

• Support with seasonal tasks like leaf clearing, mulching, and lawn care

• Report any issues or hazards to the Head Gardener

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Some experience with outdoor or manual work preferred

• Physically fit and comfortable working in all weathers

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
