• Maintain an organised reservation system, ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
• Meet guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
  
• Collaborate with the restaurant and spa teams to stay informed about current offerings and promotions, enabling you to provide guests with the most up-to-date information.
  
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest records and processing payments.
