Responsible for hand cleaning/washing of all custom plate ware for this small venue. Including but not limited to maintaing an organized system of storage for all plates, glassware, utensils as well as aiding with preparation for two nightly services. The applicant must be focused and driven to achieve above-average results and exceed high standards. Ability to work in a team environment while having a positive attitude. The applicant is to remain focused during shift and limit discussion to the task at hand. A sense of urgency is expected at all times.
Communicate any major facility or operational emergencies to COD immediately. Provide a safe, clean, organized and sanitary work environment. Maintain Food Sanitation and Safety standards. Ensure all Health Standards, federal and state laws are met. Correct all violations with urgency. Ensure TFG standards are met and exceeded.

Skills & Requirements

Most tasks are performed independently or in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
Ability to maintain compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Abilities & Working Conditions
This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length. Ability to lift fifty pounds at any given time.é is one of three restaurants from the prolific chef and restaurateur José Andrés, housed within the larger Jaleo restaurant in the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
