We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our iconic gastropub in East Dulwich. Known for its fresh, locally sourced gastro food, live sports, and vibrant function room, we’re a busy, beloved spot—especially for Dulwich Hamlets supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver top-tier service, with a focus on consistently delivering our high-quality food offering.
- Manage food and drink offerings, ensuring our menu is fresh, exciting, and keeps customers coming back.
- Drive sales and profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Maintain the function room as a sought-after event space.
- Create a lively atmosphere for live sports.

- Proven senior management experience in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of gastropub food and drink.
