You’re more than a drink slinger, you’re the energy, the personality, and the memory-maker behind the bar. As a Bartender, you’ll set the tone for our guests’ entire experience, leaving them raving about your service long after their last sip.

Day-to-Day:

• Check IDs and make sure all guests are of legal drinking age—safety first, always
• Be a menu pro—know every cocktail, dish, and pairing so you can make expert recommendations
• Suggest upgrades and personalize drink/food choices to wow each guest
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
• Mix drinks with flair (and speed!) for both bar guests and servers
• Be the go-to for beverage knowledge: craft cocktails, wine, beer—you name it
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Multitask with a smile in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly with managers about any guest issues or feedback
• Assist with side work and duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

• 18+ with a passion for hospitality
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Great organizational habits and sharp attention to detail
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and work standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with safety and alcohol-serving guidelines
