Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00hr/Estimated Effective Pay Rate w/ Tips: $26.00-$28.00hr

As a Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to leader for our team, ensuring smooth operations and creating an amazing guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-tier service.
- Assigning tasks and ensuring efficient shift coverage.
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Handling customer interactions with professionalism and positivity.
- Overseeing inventory, quality control, and loss prevention.
- Supporting hiring, promotions, and team development.
- Ensuring food safety and compliance with all regulations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Leadership skills – You inspire and bring out the best in others.
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic–You thrive in a team-first environment.
- Experience in food & beverage operations – 2+ years preferred Ability to multi-task –You handle challenges with confidence.
- Knowledge of front & back-of-house operations – You know the ins and outs!
- Food handler’s card –Safety is key!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
- Lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Use protective equipment as needed.
