What You'll Be Doing:

• Prep, cook, and plate food with precision following recipes and company standards
• Taste-test your creations—quality control never tasted so good
• Coordinate with team members to hit ticket times and deliver legendary food fast
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked like a pro
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and skillfully
• Monitor food temperatures and handle items to meet all health and safety codes
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to the letter
• Stay flexible pitch in with tasks that keep the kitchen humming
• Know our brand, values, and culinary style like the back of your hand

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic—grit meets grace under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (high-volume or quick service preferred)
• Current Food Handler’s Card or ServeSafe Certification
• Comfortable using kitchen tools and working in a hot, fast-paced environment
• Solid communication and ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and outstanding food every time

The Physical Side:

• Walk and stand your whole shift, this is an active role
• Handle heat, steam, and heavy lifting (30 lbs or more)
• Use protective gear and sharp equipment safely
• Bend, twist, and move constantly to get the job done
