Job: Host / Cloakroom at Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown

Location: Chinatown, London

Part time: Thursday-Saturday, from 9pm to 2:30am.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests.
  
• Ensure that you are always polite and helpful towards guests and team members.
  
• Charge guests with entrance tickets.
  
• Assist guests with their coats, bags, and other belongings, give them a ticket that corresponds to the number of their belongings.
  
• Store coats, bags, and other personal belongings according to the ticket number and keep them safe.
  
• Return guest items and personal belongings.
  
• Manage the cleanliness of the lobby, and the cloakroom by checking the areas on a regular interval.
  

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a similar role.
  
• Attention to details and customer needs.
  
• Social, engaging and motivated.
  
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
  
• Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
  
• Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
  
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
