About the role:

• Supervising and supporting the front of house team during service

• Welcoming guests and ensuring excellent customer service

• Helping organise shifts and coordinate the team

• Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness

• Supporting the management team with the smooth running of the restaurant

• Training, motivating and encouraging team members
