Employment Type: Fulltime (45 hours per week)
Salary: £40000-42000 yearly
About the company: We are a growing independent restaurant group specialising in fresh pasta, currently operating 5 sites with a 6th opening soon. Our team of around 100 people is passionate about delivering high-quality, fresh food alongside warm, genuine hospitality. Each restaurant operates with a close-knit team of 16–25 staff, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role: We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and service
- Manage, train, and develop staff members
- Handle stock control, inventory, and financials
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance
Skills/Experience Required:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organisational and communication abilities
- Hands-on approach with a positive attitude
- Passion for fresh food and hospitality
