The Role:

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our award-winning team! 

As part of our essential Housekeeping team, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class guest experience through impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the spa facilities to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing and pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough daily cleaning of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness to the company’s high standards to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, using the correct products and techniques for maximum efficiency and safety.
• Manage laundry services for the entire spa, ensuring linens, towels, and other essentials are cleaned and ready for use.
• Inspect all equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition. Promptly report any damage, malfunctions, or performance issues to the relevant personnel. 
• Perform any non-routine cleaning tasks as assigned by the Head Housekeeper.

Person Specification:

Essential

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Shift Patterns:

• Weekend and evening shifts available.
• Working hours are 3pm - 11pm.
• Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
