At Rigby Group, we create spaces that inspire - from premium corporate workplaces to beautifully designed luxury hotels. We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Interior Designer to join our Group Property team and help shape environments across both the Rigby Group business and Eden Hotel Collection.

This is a varied and high-impact role with the opportunity to influence flagship office environments, including our London office, alongside refurbishment and enhancement projects across our luxury hotel portfolio. If you are passionate about design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy bringing concepts to life from idea through to completion, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting high-end office fit-out and workplace projects across the wider Rigby Group portfolio
  • Supporting refurbishment and enhancement projects across Eden Hotel Collection properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience expectations
  • Managing projects from concept through to completion, including design development, procurement, and on-site delivery
  • Creating inspiring interior concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages
  • Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers across multiple businesses within the group
  • Producing drawings, specifications, presentations, and mood boards
  • Presenting design concepts and project updates confidently to senior leadership
  • Balancing creativity with commercial awareness to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard
  • Managing multiple projects across different locations, ensuring a consistent and premium finish throughout
  • Experience selecting and specifying FF&E, finishes, and materials

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer within a design practice or commercial environment
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-end office fit-out and/or luxury hospitality projects
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to completion on site
  • Confidence presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong eye for detail, materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment

Software & Technical Skills

You’ll be proficient in two or more of the following:

  • AutoCAD for technical drawing production
  • Revit for BIM and coordinated design
  • Enscape for 3D walkthroughs and real time visualisation
  • V-Ray for high quality rendering and presentation imagery
  • Adobe Creative Suite for digital editing, presentations, and mood boards

What’s In It For You

  • The opportunity to work across a diverse and high-quality group property portfolio
  • A chance to influence both premium corporate workplaces and luxury hotel environments
  • A collaborative role with real ownership, creativity, and impact
  • Close partnership with senior leadership and decision-makers across the group
  • Generous Time Off: 25 days of leave, increasing to 28 with service, plus bank holidays
  • Death in Service:  4 x annual salary
  • Discounts & Perks: Exclusive savings at 800+ retailers, gyms, restaurants, days out, and utilities.
  • Wellbeing Centre: Access to Hello Fresh recipes, fitness videos, and financial planning tools.
  • Health & Wellness Plans: Dental, vision, alternative care, and 24/7 GP access.
  • Sustainable Commuting: Cycle-to-Work and Electric Vehicle Leasing options.
  • Exclusive EHC Perks: Discounted stays, spa treatments, golf, and leisure at our properties.
  • Family-Friendly Policies: Enhanced leave and return-to-work financial support for life’s key moments.
