What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress
• Excellent food preparation and presentation standards
• Ability to confidently manage your own section
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
