Edesia is looking for a skilled and passionate Grill Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Bath.

We’re looking for someone confident working on a busy grill section, with excellent attention to timing, consistency and presentation.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous grill experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
• Confident cooking steaks and other grilled dishes to specification
• Excellent knowledge of cooking temperatures and timings
• Ability to manage the grill section during busy services
• High standards of food preparation, hygiene and cleanliness
• Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork
