At DOME, we build vibrant, food-led destinations—from festival food halls and Southbank pop-ups to flagship Truffle Burger restaurants in central London. Our in-house brands and curated partners deliver unforgettable experiences across the UK. Now we're taking six street-food concepts on the road inside a two-floor immersive food hall—and we need crew who thrive under pressure, love crowds, and bring the energy.

The Role
We're looking for energetic Team Members to join a tight 6-person crew running one of our quick-service brands. You'll support front and back of house—working tills, cook line, and kitchen prep—to keep the unit running smoothly and to standard through every rush. You'll bring: speed under pressure, clear communication, and a positive attitude when queues are deep.

Season & Dates
Festival circuit through end of August. Minimum 4 days per event. We'll be at Latitude, Boardmasters, Boomtown, Reading, and more! Priority needed for key festivals:

• Latitude – 22–27 July

• Creamfields / Leeds / Victorious – 27–30 Aug
  
  

You Bring

• Previous festival or high-volume QSR experience (preferred)
• Comfort with travel, camping, and long (10+ hour) buzzing shifts
• Right to work in the UK (unrestricted)
• Positive, can-do attitude in a crowded, noisy environment
•  Flexible availability welcomed—or apply for specific festivals.
