Major Duties and Responsibilities:
● Able to execute the cleaning of dishes and cookware during service
● Light prep work to include peeling vegetables, portioning by weight, etc.
Qualifications for the Job:
● Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful demeanor
● Ability to multitask and take direction in a high volume, team oriented environment
