Junior Sous Chef Soho London


We are looking for a brilliant Junior Sous Chef to join Harts Group as part of our El Pastor team in the heart of Soho, London.

The Junior Sous Chef Role

  • Provide supportive guidance and training to all Chefs
  • Experience working in a high volume and quality kitchen in London
  • Coordinate line cooking, food preparation and plating
  • Run and lead positively a large team of 13 Chefs
  • Working an average of 50 hours per week alongside a great team
  • Maintain operation and health and safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with Head Chef with specials on a weekly basis
  • Monitor food stocks and optimise orders to achieve food margins
  • At times the role will require to step in and cover any junior position in the kitchen
