Description

We are looking for a highly motivated professional Residences Manager to join our team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire. 

The Residences at The Retreat are 9 self-catered apartments. These offer a new dynamic to our business, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy Elcot Park within larger residences. These are privately owned residences managed by Signet Hotels.

Our guests are at the heart of everything we do and as such you’ll be an ambassador for the Company as well as a key organiser for The Residences at The Retreat Elcot Park.

You will:  

  • Work Monday - Friday, 20-30 Hours per week.
  • Help set-up, run and manage The Residences at The Retreat, Elcot Park, a brand new business.
  • Create SOP’s for this new business, to ensure its smooth running.
  • Maintain outstanding conditions in all residences, ensuring satisfaction of both owners and tenants.
  • Manage bookings, being the point of contact for all tenants and using sales techniques to upsell add-ons and experiences in advance of their stay.
  • You will be the main point of contact for the owner of each residences, updating them on progress with their residence and upcoming lettings.
  • You will manage the inventory of all residences, completing regular inventories to ensure the owners belongings are in place.
  • You will manage the maintenance of the residences in accordance with the management agreement, both with our internal maintenance team and external contractors where required.
  • You will manage the invoicing/billing process to owners of residences both ways, ensuring they are charged for services used and reimbursed for lettings taken.
  • You will manage (alongside the head housekeeper) the housekeeping of the residences, between tenants and where needed, you may be required to assist the team where required.
  • Maximise hotel income by upselling dining experiences, spa use and additions to their stay in accordance with targets set.
  • Ensure high standards for quality, hygiene, in accordance with health and safety legislation.
  • Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and promotions.
  • Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
  • Attend any development training that you are requested to complete to realize your full potential and allow you to excel in your role.
