We are looking for a highly professional Spa Cleaner to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.
After extensive refurbishment our hotel has been transformed to offer 55 individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa facility with membership and many more experiences to offer our guests.
This role is essential in helping us create the best possible experience for all our Hotel and Spa Day guests, as well as our members. Ultimately, the Spa Cleaner will keep all public areas clean and tidy, ensuring that we are offering service standards of excellence.

You will:
- Greet guests appropriately in a warm and friendly manner whilst providing a professional, guest-focused service to all guests across the Spa.
- Always work in a clean and tidy manner whilst being respectful to our guests.
- Have an eye for detail, with the ability to multi-task and attend to public areas across the Spa and hotel. This includes our gym, changing rooms, showers & loos, sauna, steam room, and our pools.
- Communicate any maintenance issues to management, to minimise any disruption to our guests' stay and experiences.
- Stay well informed and up to date with our spa products and treatments.
- Go the extra mile to ensure that guests’ expectations are met and exceeded where possible.
- Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health, Safety and Security are being followed relating to yourself and others, ensuring that you do not endanger others by their acts or omissions.
- Support management in carrying out tasks that might fall outside of your day-to-day role.
- Actively engage in all training and development requirements deemed appropriate for your role.
