After extensive refurbishment our hotel has been transformed to offer 55 individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa facility with hot and cold tubs on the land, and many more experiences to offer our guests.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll embark on a 12-month journey that will immerse you in every aspect of our Food & Beverage operations. Here's what you can expect:

• Rotational Experience: Gain hands-on experience across our diverse range of restaurants, bars, and events. From fine dining to casual outlets, you'll have the chance to work in different settings, each offering unique challenges and learning opportunities.

Throughout the program, you'll have regular performance reviews and feedback sessions in partnership with your line manager and our Group Learning & Development Manager to ensure you're on the right track. By the end of the 12 months, you'll have a deep understanding of hotel operations and may even be ready for a more senior role in our Collection.
