We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for food, high standards for cleanliness and organization, and the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff in a high-energy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)Supervise kitchen staff and manage day-to-day back-of-house operations
Oversee food preparation, quality control, portioning, and presentation standards
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food and labor costs within budget
Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations
Train, coach, and support kitchen team members for optimal performance
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance reviews
Lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and culinary techniques
Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus
