Job Summary
You will manage our Seasonal Venue - Brisa Bar. This is an exciting opportunity to create memorable dining experiences for our customers, continually improve our quality of service and help our team reach their full potential. The season will run from May-August.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Provide leadership focusing on operations, food/service quality, staff development, hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability.
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
Train new employees in restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and POS systems.
Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient guest service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor the dining area for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee table assignments, reservations, and seating to optimize space and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food orders.
Monitor front-of-house supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards.
Address service or operational issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
Motivate and inspire the front-of-house team to exceed customer expectations.
Foster a positive work environment characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff for professional development and performance improvement.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
Control costs through efficient labor scheduling, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives.
Ensure proper execution of private events, catering, and banquets.
Manage cash handling and recognition procedures in accordance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age.
• Minimum of 4 years of high-volume restaurant or bar/club management experience.
• Sales, promotion and event experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and sound business ethics.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be self-motivated and guest focused.
• Excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Results driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with touch screen POS systems including backend reports.
• Well versed in Inventory management and troubleshooting including food and beverage.
• Food safe certification and responsible alcohol training
Working Conditions: This is a full-time position. Day and hours will vary dependent on scheduled events. The venue is also outside.
