Job Summary
Elia Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts for our F&B venues. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is critical in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and driving overall brand success. The Senior Marketing Manager will also be responsible for overseeing content creation, directing branded marketing materials, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Support the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our brands.
Manage and optimize Elia's advertising profiles through geo-fence and meta ad campaigns, and maintain the content calendar to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Execute digital strategies including Google SEM, SEO, and website management & maintenance – create targeted, tracked campaigns.
Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, monitoring their performance and suggesting improvements.
Lead the creation of content specific to individual venues, including photography and video production, to enhance venue promotion.
Direct the design and production of all branded marketing materials for the venues, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand guidelines.
Provide support to general team members and assist individual restaurant General Managers with their specific marketing needs.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines.
Assist in the planning and execution of brand initiatives and special projects as directed by the Director of Marketing.
Facilitate effective communication between the marketing department and other internal teams, ensuring that all parties are informed of marketing initiatives and schedules.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Develop and implement social hospitality strategies to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction on social media platforms.
Post and schedule content across all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Organize and promote exciting events and activities that differentiate our F&B venues and attract a targeted audience.
Coordinate with external partners, including entertainment providers and promotional companies, to enhance event offerings.
Manage budgets for F&B marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Assist in crisis management and troubleshooting during high-profile events or when issues arise.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the marketing department’s objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale promotional events.
Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies relevant to the F&B industry.
Proficiency in content creation, particularly in photography and video editing.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders including venue staff, external partners, and customers.
Working Conditions
Work hours vary significantly, often requiring evenings and weekends to align with F&B activities.
Work is primarily conducted in F&B venue settings and the corporate office.
Physical Requirements
