What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

We are seeking a strategic Senior Brand Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive market success through innovative branding initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance our market position and resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve creating and implementing brand messaging, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels. Additionally, you will oversee the production of branding materials, including print collateral and promotional items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness, building customer loyalty, and delivering cohesive and impactful brand experiences.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Brand Development
    • Implement brand strategies to enhance the company’s image and positioning in the market.  Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Campaign Development
    • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its offerings. This includes digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Event Development
    • Ideate and coordinate branded events, promotions, and experiences to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Brand Identity Management
    • Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone.
  • Creative Direction
    • Oversee creative development and ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns align with the brand’s identity and messaging.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:

 

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in brand management and marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market positioning and drive growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful and cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

·         Experience in ideating, planning, and executing branded events and promotions. Proven ability to drive brand visibility and engagement through creative event strategies.

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative departments, to ensure brand consistency and support integrated marketing efforts.

·         In-depth understanding of brand identity principles and experience in maintaining and strengthening brand consistency across all marketing channels. Ability to ensure uniformity in messaging, visual elements, and tone.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in meeting deadlines and managing resources efficiently.

 

 

Education and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

At ELIA, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

This is a full-time position working in an office environment that is as unique and iconic as our business model.  You will typically work Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, however, work hours vary significantly, often requiring evenings and weekends to align with F&B activities. Work is primarily conducted in F&B venue settings and the corporate office.

This is primarily an office role that requires you to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time although standing in, and moving between, work areas may be required.  You will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productively machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer, for a significant part of each day. This role frequently requires you to move around our office or our other properties.  This role occasionally requires the ability to move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You will also need to be able to operate a motor vehicle to visit various properties and meeting sites and communicate effectively in person, before groups, and over the telephone.
