Job Summary 

You will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. They troubleshoot issues, conduct preventative maintenance, and address any mechanical or structural problems efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Preventative maintenance, general repair and upkeep for various equipment, HVAC and the properties themselves throughout our system.  

• Troubleshooting issues, formulating solutions and repairing in a timely manner. 

• High sense of urgency with a cooperative attitude & ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Actively supporting our businesses by providing ideas to improve. 

• Communicate efficiently with the Director of Real Estate to ensure all tasks and repairs are completed. 

• Demonstrate safety and quality in support of The Elia Group’s policies with focus on zero injuries. 

• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with coworkers and restaurant teams. 

• Perform other duties as required.

Your success with us requires these qualifications:

• Experience working with restaurant equipment 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and trouble shooting 

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge 

• Physical ability to respond timely to emergency situations on property 

• Valid Driver’s License 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Mobility: Flexibility to bend, stoop, crawl, and climb ladders to access various maintenance areas and perform repairs.

• Good Vision: Necessary for inspecting and diagnosing issues, reading manuals, and ensuring work quality.

• Tolerating Heat and Cold: Comfort working in various environmental conditions, including hot or cold areas, depending on the facility's needs.
