Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and innovative individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping social media accounts accurate and up to date.
• Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience.
• Work closely with the social media and marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Assist with keeping social media pages aligned to the content calendar created and managed by the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with influencer collaborations.
• Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, creating community engagement across each of our venue social media platforms.
• Create compelling graphics to share across social channels.
• Collect user-generated content across all accounts.
•  Monitor user-generated content and act as a moderator to ensure a positive and respectful online environment.
•  Perform social media marketing research and bring creative ideas to the table to help boost the brand and engagement!
•  Provide additional support to the marketing team such as scheduling, preparing reports, supporting photoshoots and editing content as needed.
•  Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Marketing or Communications Degree or in process of completing degree.
• Experience working in Social Media.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook. Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Positive, optimistic, encouraging attitude with ability to motivate team members during periods of intense growth

Working Conditions

This is an in office position with some travel to our venues.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This position is regularly required to stand, reach, bend and lift objects. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
