THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting an outgoing and innovative Executive Head Chef, serving top quality & homemade food. You should bring at least three years of experience as a Head Chef with a lot of creativity and bags of banter. You will be given the opportunity to lead a team, get stuck in with menu development, take charge of ordering, budget & food stock control and work closely with our Executive Chef for your progression.
REQUIREMENTS
· Friendly & outgoing personality with an enormous passion for the industry
· Experienced leading high volume & fast-paced kitchens
· Great communication skills & excellent working relationship with the venue management
· Health & safety / EHO knowledge is correct and up to date
· Committed to leading, supporting and training their team
· Level 2 Hygiene & trained in HACCP
· The desire to challenge yourself in a busy kitchen
· Loyal, honest & respectful, likes to have a laugh, be creative & aims high
