Location: Elsyng House, 1 Forty Hill, Enfield EN2 9HT

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £14 per hour

Contract: Full-time

Shift: Days

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Catering

  • Support and lead the kitchen ordering of food & beverage supplies and kitchen equipment, including CAPEX items.
  • Complete and receipt POs for Good Received.
  • Support the creation of the Annual CAPEX budget.
  • Produce kitchen rotas according to budget, inclusive of effective planning of the teams’ holiday schedule.
  • Maintain Budget awareness and monitor PRPD spend.
  • Support with the completion of the monthly stocktake.
  • Reconciliation of HACCP weekly, archive and sign off with any resolutions outlined and rectified.
  • Check stock in via delivery and stock rotate items ensuring all storage is clean, tidy, and separated following the correct date label procedures.
  • Lead the K/A team and monitor kitchen cleaning / schedule daily / weekly.
  • Create Diet notification cards & special diet requirements and communicate throughout the home.


What do you need to succeed:

Essential

  • Administration experience in a Catering/Stores setting.
  • Trained in Basic Food Hygiene.
  • Understanding of HACCP
  • Experience of completing staff induction and supervision.
  • Computer Literate – Word/Excel.

Desirable

  • Leadership experience.
