EMBERWOOD SENIOR FLOOR MANAGER

SALARY: £32,240 + Tronc (Approx 3-4k per annum)

FULL TIME (5 DAYS OUT OF 7) – EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS

Who Are We Looking For?

The Senior Floor Manager will ensure that all food services are well driven, and the team are best prepared to dial into the guests needs. They will be extremely passionate about food and beverage, supporting the Restaurant Manager in training the team and arming them with all the tools to succeed during briefings.

They will be the right-hand person of the Restaurant Manager, supporting them in delivering magic moments, empowering the team to deliver an exquisite experience to the guest and be proactive in ensuring all public areas and spaces should be looked after.

They should have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position and environment. It is essential they are guest focused and recognise that the team will be responsible for delivering an exquisite experience. As such, training and shaping the team is fundamental in being able to achieve a harmonious and passionate collective.

What Are The Key Responsibilities?

Guest Interaction and Repeat Business built on trust and experiences.

Supporting and reinforcing Service Standards of the Highest Quality in relation to our offering through leadership

Take on responsibilities extra to the running of the restaurant and management of the team and completion of tasks assigned by department heads.

Assist with training of team members and managers to be well considered, supporting one-on-ones and group sessions to build the skill level of the team.

Compliant with Health and Safety Standards, built in to deliver exquisite experiences for guests.

Upholding the brand with a positive attitude

Empowered to make business and service-based decisions regarding the rota, guest experience and restaurant operations

Working with all teams within the Hotel, to ensure all staff and guests receive warmth and generosity.

Receive feedback and proactively look to enhance the Hotel’s standards as a whole and maintain the highest levels of presentation

Attend HOD and operations meetings in the absence of the General Managements Team and feedback accordingly.
