The Role
Encore Care Home’s Learning & Development Facilitator play’s a key part in ensuring the continued delivery of Good, high-quality care. Ensuring every member of staff is confident and competent in their ability to work in a person-centred manner, in accordance with Encore’s Values.
The Learning and Development Facilitator at Encore provides induction and
development training to four Care Homes across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch
and Hampshire. As one of the initial points of contact between Encore and a new
member of staff, you should demonstrate passion for the role and the Encore
Values. This varied position will provide the opportunity to witness the
skilled progression of staff from their first day, throughout their Encore
career.
This is a home-based position that will involve travel to the four Care Homes.
