Head Waiter – Endo at The Rotunda

TUESDAY TO FRIDAY - WEEKENDS OFF

White City, London | Full-time (40hrs) | £36,000–£38,000 per annum (including service charge)

At Endo at The Rotunda, hospitality is an art form. Every evening, guests embark on a deeply personal culinary journey at our intimate chef’s table, where precision, poetry, and presence intertwine over 18 meticulously curated courses of Omakase. The space – a tranquil, light-filled masterpiece by Kengo Kuma – is home to a small, dedicated team who deliver service that is warm, intuitive, and centred in harmony.

We are now looking for a Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team – someone who will act as both gracious host and poised floor presence. You will welcome guests into the machiai, our tea-ceremony-inspired reception space, and guide them seamlessly through each moment of their dining experience.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Brings genuine passion for hospitality and deep respect for the guest experience

  • Understands the essence of chef’s table dining and the emotional detail it requires

  • Moves with quiet confidence, emotional intelligence, and a calm, polished demeanour

  • Has prior experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment

  • Thrives in small, focused teams where each role is vital to the whole

  • Can support with both reception hosting and table service to a high standard

You’ll work closely with Chef Endo and our Head of Hospitality to ensure that each guest’s visit is personal, memorable, and seamless from the moment they arrive in our private elevator to the final goodbye. This is not a high-volume role – it's one for someone who wants to slow down, listen, connect, and deliver something truly meaningful.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary

  • Daily staff meals from our talented kitchen

  • 50% staff discount across the group

  • 28 days paid holiday

  • Birthday day off

  • Tailored training & personal development

  • Career progression opportunities within the Creative Restaurant Group

  • Wagestream access for earned pay

If you are someone who believes that hospitality is a calling – not just a job – and you’re looking for a place where connection, care, and craft are at the heart of every shift, we would love to hear from you.

Apply now and become part of something quietly extraordinary.
