JOB SUMMARY

As a Hard Surfaces Repair Technician in Engineering, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and restoring high-end hard surfaces throughout the hotel, including luxury flooring, marble and granite countertops, bespoke fixtures, and other premium high-traffic areas. Your tasks as a Hard Surfaces Repair Technician will include but not be limited to:

•         Conduct thorough inspections of high-end hard surfaces such as marble, granite, hardwood, and custom installations to assess their condition and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.

•         Perform expert repairs on damaged surfaces, including patching, resurfacing, sealing, and refinishing using techniques and materials appropriate for luxury environments.

•         Replace damaged tiles, countertops, fixtures, and other hard surface materials with precision, ensuring seamless integration with existing high-quality installations.

•         Actively participate in the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) team, contributing to scheduled maintenance activities to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of hard surfaces.
