The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join the team at The Enterprise, our historic pub in the heart of Chalk Farm. Built in 1865, The Enterprise is a true neighbourhood gem—whether it’s locals grabbing a pint, guests fuelling up before a show at the Roundhouse, or fans cheering on the rugby, there’s always something happening.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be right in the thick of it—leading busy shifts, keeping service sharp, and supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations. From cellar management and stock control to team training and compliance, you’ll be a hands-on leader who sets the pace and inspires the team.

You’ll receive full training in health & safety, WSET, stock systems, and get your personal licence as part of your development. We’re not just building great bartenders—we’re growing future GMs.
