We’re on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused Estate Security Officer to become a valued part of our outstanding Estate security team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Estate Security Officer in our Estate Security, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To patrol the estate, including documented fire route patrols
• To manage access control to various stakeholders
• To manage all key control
• To be fully conversant in the use of security systems i.e. CCTV, access control etc.
• To assist in escorting any persons acting undesirably off the premises
• To support the loading bay logistics team and receipt of parcels for the private residences
• To manage lost and found property, maintaining records and dealing with enquiries
• To deal with any fire life safety, security, health & safety and emergency incidents
• To report any hazards / safety concerns to management and stakeholders
•  Incident / Accident report writing
• To attend and complete all training stipulated by management
