you’ll do

- Our Sales coordinator is the key person bonding the sales
team together by way of collating tasks and being entrusted with the overview
and responsibility of them ensuring all team members are kept abreast of developments
- Support all
members of the Proactive Sales team with administrative responsibilities
- Ability to handle
basic client requests in absence of Proactive team member
- Support with
sales trip planning
- Liaise with all
departments within the Hotels
- Assist with all
elements of familiarisation trip/client entertainment planning and
communication
- Complete all complimentary/special
rate stay requests and follow through with all internal arrangements required

- Well organized and priority focused. You know our hotels and are
our brand ambassador. Ability to work under own initiative and
multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Very resilient & proficient with all Microsoft Office programs,
especially excel. Well-rounded management and operational troubleshooting
and problem solving techniques. Perfectionist with eye for
detail comfortable with all social environments.
- You have a talent for defining problems, collecting data,

- Communication is what keeps our departments
running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong

- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You
can comfortably communicate in this language
